LA MATA PENTHOUSE "HOME AWAY FROM HOME"
This beachfront top-floor apartment is located within 30 metres from the beach and offers access to a large balcony, free Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool and a tennis court.
The apartment is completely renovated and completely barrier-free, with a ramp at the entrance. It is located on the top floor and the building has an elevator.
The newly renovated apartment consists of:
3 bedrooms with comfortable double beds
A large, fully equipped and new kitchen
2 bathrooms with rain showers
Separate air conditioning is available in the living room/kitchen and in the master bedroom. Towels for indoor use and bed linen are included.

The holiday resort of La Mata , with over 320 days of sunshine per year , is located only 32 km south of Alicante airport and 5 km north of Torrevieja.
La Mata is known for its very fine, long and shallow sandy beach which is bordered by a newly renovated promenade with a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops.
Every Wednesday a large market is held in the village, just a few steps from our apartment.
Here you can buy freshly picked fruit and vegetables grown in the local area, olive oils, pickled olives, grilled chicken, clothes, toys and much more.
A super nice place with great food, nice views and just few meters from us.
Tres Palmeras, at Avenida de los Europeos 7 in La Mata, is a long‑standing local gem just steps from the beach, operating since the mid‑1980s as a family-run, second‑generation venue.
